My Story

Self-care is okay.

We have to learn how to take care of ourselves before we can begin to effectively take care of others. This is a regular practice for me. It’s important to take baby steps on our own journey of healing, by cultivating patience with ourselves.

Be Divine Body and Mind is a space for safe, practical, accessible movement and wellness services that are catered to you.

You are a gift.

I am a certified yoga, medical reiki practitioner and teacher, medical qi-gong teacher as well as a certified wellness practitioner that provides a variety of healing services. I founded Be Divine Body and Mind to provide clients with alternative wellness methods to help restore well-being on a physical and emotional level. Most of us feel stressed and overwhelmed much of our time and we carry around powerful emotional beliefs, it’s important to take time to receive a healing practice or therapy to calm your mind and body.

My own journey and practice have taught me how to pay close attention to my body, mind, and heart to allow for my own healing and self-growth recovering from injuries, illness, trauma, and grief. We all need nurturing support, we deserve it.

I provide a combination of knowledge and experience, more importantly, I connect with people. I work with you for you. Whether you're recovering from an injury, illness, or emotional trauma, together, we personalize your wellness sessions based on what you need. My work is intuitive and based on years of experience working with clients and on myself and I am constantly learning. Learn more about the services I offer here, Wellness Sessions
