Reiki + Chakra Balancing
A wonderful experience. Reiki healing combined with balancing your chakras is a positive addition to any health care program, but not a substitute. It is an ancient healing technique that works with the energy body to relieve pain, stress, and anxiety. Feel fresh, and relaxed.
Your session may include a combination of sound healing with singing bowls and tuning fork therapy, aromatherapy, and crystal therapy. Each session is intuitively guided and is based on what you need at that given moment.

Medical Reiki™
As a Certified Medical Reiki Master (CMRM) I have the ability to work in integrative medicine. I am trained to safely administer Reiki to clients in medical settings such as, but not limited to: operating rooms, pre-post op, chemo suites, hospice, labor, and delivery rooms.
Accelerate your healing process while undergoing chemotherapy, radiation treatments, recovery from surgeries, or even prior to a serious medical treatment to ease anxiety and stress anticipating a medical procedure.

Thai Yoga Bodywork
Improve circulation from head to toe. A combination of assisted stretches and acupressure massage techniques to relieve pain/tension in the low back, hips, knees, shoulders, neck. Improve circulation, joint mobility, and boost lymphatic flow. This therapy includes a face, head, hands, and feet massage for complete relaxation. Feel better on many different levels –physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This session may include aromatherapy.
